By accessing and using Coloring Page Optimizer AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Coloring Page Optimizer AI provides AI-powered image processing tools specifically designed for black and white line art optimization. Our services include:

• Grayscale removal from line art images
• Line art optimization and quality enhancement
• Image upscaling up to 4x resolution
• Optional vectorization (Pro plan)
• Batch processing capabilities (Pro plan)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

• 10 pages per month processing limit
• Single image processing
• PNG export only
• No credit card required

4.2 Pro Unlimited Plan ($7.99/month)

• Unlimited page processing
• Batch processing up to 25 images
• Optional vectorization with SVG export
• Priority support

4.3 Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of your paid period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload or process copyrighted images without permission
• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute processed images without proper rights
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload images containing personal information of others without consent

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7.2 Our Service

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Coloring Page Optimizer AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Storage and Deletion

Uploaded images are temporarily stored during processing. We do not permanently store your images on our servers after processing is complete. Processed images are delivered to you for download and then removed from our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COLORING PAGE OPTIMIZER AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party services including Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
